Sun Salutations
Practice with Yoga Therapist and Hatha Yoga Teacher Meredith Mull Aggarwal.
Sun salutations (transliterated from sanskrit as surya namaskar) are a full body workout that anyone can do at home at their own pace. Daily yoga practice enhances our health and wellness, and the sanskrit name for this practice is sadhana. By practicing a sun salutation sadhana, you learn to honor cycles in your life and within your body.
In line with Stichting 8 Maart’s “Freedom” celebration of International Women’s Day, Ezzy Family invites you to join this practice to develop independence in your home yoga practice.
In this workshop, you will learn to practice sun salutations according to your own rhythm and movement. You will learn Sanskrit mantra to accompany your sun salutation practice. And you will get a chance to move and breathe with a group of women.
