Women’s balance yoga
Join us for a cosy soft and flowy yoga afternoon, to feel energised and relaxed at the same time. This yoga session is specially designed for women of all ages. You don't need to be experienced with yoga.
We will focus on the energy in our hips, womb space and heart, with a gentle flow of movement and breath.
The aim is to connect to our bodies, feel and restore our energy, and to connect to our womanhood.
Wear a cosy and comfortable outfit.
